Inaugural Leadership Institute

You are invited to apply to participate in ASGW’s first-ever Leadership Institute in Portland, OR prior to the start of our 2024 Conference! This institute is designed to support emerging leaders with a passion for group work as they explore what it means to be a professional leader and to use group work to support their efforts. Our chosen service project is designed to bring our conference theme and organizational mission to life and will allow participants to use their group work and leadership skills to support fellow professionals and community members local to our conference site.

Call for Awards & Scholarships

We are currently seeking nominations for student scholarships and awards. Scholarships are designed to support students in their pursuit of group work training, practice, and/or research.

Awards are designed to recognize outstanding individuals for their significant group work contributions.

Recipients will be recognized at the awards ceremony at the 2024 ASGW Conference
